Coding Environment: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in C#

Known Issues:
	Runs Slow.

Functionality:
	Gets a handle on my connected desktop camera and shows me what it is capturing. Also allows me to
	capture and image and saves it to my desktop. Very simple product, but runs a bit slow.

Special Notes about using:
	References outside class that was is contained. I don't believe I had to do anything other then hit
	run. The only different between the original and mine is I changed the save location to work on my
	computer.
